Hello and welcome to Altenew Build-a-Flower: Belladonna Lily Blog Hop!
It is already April! It is quite hot where I am.
Let's get to the fun part! You must be here from the talented Nenette Madero's blog. And I am sure you must be wowed by her cards!
I will be sharing two cards with you because I stamped quite a few images and I was left with one extra image. I thought I would whip up one simple card.
My first card features an ombre ink background with a blend of inks from Espresso to Rhodolite Crisp Dye Inks. I applied them with a very light touch to get a soft look. But you can still see the gradient from top left to bottom right diagonally and it looks really pretty.
On the second card, I used the same blend of inks but this time, with a heavy hand and I also masked off the borders using the Satin Masking Tape by Altenew.
For the flower layers, I used Pink Pearl, Coral Bliss, Rubellite, and Rhodolite Crisp Dye Inks.
On the background, I added tons of fine metallic gold watercolor from the Metallic Watercolor 14 Pan Set.
$200
in total prizes! To celebrate this release, Altenew is giving away a $50 gift certificate to 2
lucky winners and a $20 gift certificate to 5 winners! Please leave a comment on the Altenew
Card Blog and/or each designer’s blog post on the blog hop list below by 04/06/2022 for a chance to win. Altenew will draw 7 random winners from the comments left on each stop of this blog hop and announce the winners on the Altenew Winners Page on 04/08/2022.
