Hello!
Welcome to Craft-A-Flower: Dahlia Release Blog Hop.
I used Rubellite and Razzleberry cardstock from the Gradient Cardstock pack to die cut the flower. I inked up the base layer with Razzleberry Die Ink and also inked a bit of the center of the top-most layer. I used the remaining ink on the blending brush to add a bit of inking to the second layer too to add a bit of variation to the cardstock. Then I glued all the layers together.
For the leaves, I didn't do any inking, just simply dit cut the leaves out of Just Green, Sweet Leaf, and Hunter Green Gradient Cardstock and adhered them together.
For the card front, I used Navy cardstock and added a bit of inking around the edges with Sapphire Dye Ink. Next, I adhered the Gold Foil tape to the left side vertically. Before adhering the die cuts, I added tons of gold and white splatters from the Metallic Watercolour Set and then added some more after putting the flower on.
In the end, I adhered the sentiment, and to finish off, added a few Antique Gold Sequins.
