: Altenew September 2022 Winter Magic Collection Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

I have two cards to share with you featuring the same stamp. My cards feature the Mistletoe Wreath Stamp Set.

I stamped the image in Obsidian Ink and added splatters of both white and black paint.

Next, I adhered a lot of pearls and gemstones. This looks VERY pretty in person!

I kept the second card super simple. But to add a pop to the layout, I stamped a panel of cardstock using the horizontal lines from the Striped Circle Stamp Set and added that in between the two plain panels.

Altenew August 2022 Marvelous Monthly Series Release Blog Hop

Welcome to Altenew's August Marvelous Monthly Series.

My first card features the Build-A-Garden: Daffodil Delight.

I used only two inks and the coloring stencil that is in the Build-A-Garden: Daffodil Delight & Add-on Die Bundle.

The inks I used are Sunray and Limeade Crisp Dye Inks. To add dimension and interest, I also added a bit of stenciling using the Grid Stencil and the same two inks. 

I love how this one turned out! 

I have a tutorial for this coming up at the end of this month.

This card features the Paint-A-Flower: Wood Anemone Outline Stamp Set.

I used Artist Alcohol Markers to color this. It is also a one layer card and I used the Monochrome Pencils to add faux dimension.

I combined markers from different ink families to get these colors. Video to come soon!

This card features the Craft Your Life Project Kit: Magnolia & Blooms.

I used the stencils to color the image and then cut it out to arrange it differently.

Altenew August 2022 Bold & Beautiful Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

 

Hello and welcome to Altenew's August release.

My first card features the Rolling Foliage 3D Embossing Folder.

I loved how this one turned out. I kept it super simple and classy.

I embossed Blush Cardstock and fussy cut around the embossed area. Next, I used Frosty Pink Pigment Ink and gently swiped it over the panel. I adhered this onto a cream-colored card base; I also added some scored lines on the lower half of the card front for interest.

To finish, I added some pearls to the flower centers.

Easiest cards to make, and they look super elegant too!

I used the Altenew Intricate Mandala Stencil on my cards to deboss the stencil design. You can use both the emboss or the debossed version. I adhered it onto my card base and then added some gold splatters. 

The sentiment is from one of the Script Word dies. 

Now onto my last card.

This one features the Happy Flowers Stamp & Die Bundle.

I apologize but I forgot to note down the ink colors that I used. I know I used a darker ink for the top most flower's second layer as the other two were too bright for me. And I did the same for the leaves, too, just to add a bit of variation among the blues. 

I then used the same blue for my background and my favorite Fine Tulle Stencil.
