Spellbinders Clear Stamp of the Month - November

Hello there everyone!!

The lovely people at Spellbinders sent me their first Clear Stamp of the Month to play with.

On Pale Grey Cardstock, I stamped the image directly in black ink. I stamped the Poinsettias and smaller flowers separately and colored them in alcohol markers. Then I fussy cut them and set them aside.

I coloured the leaves and berries on the card front in white using a Polychromos pencil. Then I added a lot of fine splatters onto the panel. Next, I adhered the fussy cut florals with foam tape.
To finish, I added some pearls, shadows, and gel pen details.

The two of the cards that I am sharing now are my failed attempts.
But I wanted to share them anyway.
So I coloured the gem in "Crystal-like" colours so to speak. But I think I should have gone with black or maybe silver outline stamping instead of heat embossing the image in gold. It just doesn't look right!

I used a mix of Polychromos and Prismacolors to colour the image.

Add a ton of metallic splatters for my magical background.

I tried to tone it down and move it to white cardstock.
Didn't make much difference :/

Well, at least one looks nice enough! :)

Thank you for stopping by!

Spellbinders: Amazing Paper Grace Die of the Month

Hi there everyone!
I have a masculine shaker card to share with you today featuring the gorgeous die of the month by Spellbinders. This is from the Amazing Paper Grace Kit Club.

We all know how gorgeous Becca's dies look on vintage styled, feminine cards. But I wanted to use it differently and make a masculine card instead.
So I die cut a piece and used distress inks to colour the die cut. Next, I used Versamark to cover the entire frame and emboss it with clear embossing powder.

I then made a shaker and used one of Papertrey Ink's sentiment stamps.

This is a 5x7 inch card and looks really great in person!

I hope liked it! Thank you for stopping by.

Altenew April 2019 Stamp/Die/Stencil/Paper Pack Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hello everyone!
You must be here from the a-may-zing May Park's blog.

I have a few cards to share with you so let's get started.

Altenew Bundle of Joy Stamp and Die Set | Erum Tasneem | @pr0digy0

This card features the Bundle of Joy Stamp and Die Set.
I die cut several stars and inked them with distress inks. Before adhering them onto the card front, I first inked the edges of the card front too.

To finish, I mounted a strip of the same cardstock with the sentiment "Congratulations" which I heat embossed with Crystal Clear Embossing Powder.

Altenew A Study in Watercolour Stamp Set | Erum Tasneem | @pr0digy0

For my second card, I used the Summer Garden Paper Pack and matched the inks with it to stamp the image from A Study in Watercolour Stamp Set. To this, I added doodled outlines.

My next two cards feature the Delicate Flower Bed Stamp Set.

I have coloured both of them with the Altenew Watercolour Brush Markers.

To colour this piece, I used a mix of Purple Wine and Desert Night Watercolour Brush Markers. This colour looks so gorgeous in person.

Altenew Summer Garden Paper Pack | Erum Tasneem | @pr0digy0

For this card, I fussy cut the floral image out of the pattern paper from the Summer Garden Paper Pack. I used the 36 Pan Watercolour Set to add a colour wash to my background, adhered a die cut and stamped sentiment and I was done!

This card too features the Summer Garden Paper Pack. I added light watercolour using the 36 Pan Waterolours in a dripping fashion to go with the pattern.

Spellbinders: Amazing Paper Grace Die of the Month (March)

Spellbinders Amazing Paper Grace Die of the Month (March) | Erum Tasneem | @pr0digy0

Hi, friends!
I am here with a gorgeous project that I love!
I hope that you will as well.
So my project today is a photo album which is 8x10 inches. I made this as a gift for someone's adorable granddaughter.
The cover features the Amazing Paper Grace's Die of the Month for Spellbinders.

Spellbinders Amazing Paper Grace Die of the Month (March) | Erum Tasneem | @pr0digy0

I have made handmade flowers and leaves and combined them with some store-bought mulberry flowers. The lacy die gives such a pretty touch to the cover so I chose to go with pastel shades and light colour wash background.

I even made a box for this, again decorating the lid with more gorgeous Spellbinders dies.

I hope you liked my project featuring the beautiful die by Becca Feeken! I absolutely adore her dies and they always make my projects look regal, pretty and feminine!

Spellbinders Release Blog Hop

Hi there everyone!
You must be here from the lovely Jennifer Snyder's blog.
I have two projects to share with you featuring the Square Medallion Tiles from Marisa Job's Collection.

I used the die to make a gatefold card. I die cut the die twice in black and then layered it on gold foil cardstock.

I attached a ribbon to tie it up.

I added another panel inside on which I heat embossed a sentiment and added a gold outline for interest.

For my next card, I used the same Square Medallion Tiles Die as a background piece.

For this card, again, I die cut the die twice in white and adhered it onto a panel. Next, I adhered this piece onto a card base with foam tape.

For my floral arrangement, I dyed the blue flowers and sprinkled some glitter over them. I glued everything down with hot glue.

I adhered the sentiment with foam tape and to finish off, I added a few sequins and a couple of butterflies.

Spellbinders Large Die of the Month - March

Spellbinders Large Die of the Month March | Erum Tasneem | @pr0digy0

Hello :)
I have to share this project I made using the Spellbinders Large Die of the Month for March.

Spellbinders Large Die of the Month March | Erum Tasneem | @pr0digy0

I made the box myself, added the lacey border and some pearls along its edge.
This border die was part of Small Die of the Month for February.

The Large Die of the Month in the cute little favour box which I die cut using the beautiful DCWV Blush paper pack.

There are more little dies included in this pack to make tiny tags and decorate these little boxes. You can use this for Mother's Day or for party favours. I will be using this for Mother's Day. I will probably add flat brownie or chocolate nuggets to these tiny boxes.

I hope you liked my project.
Hop on to Spellbinders to get a hold of this die set.
