Pinkfresh Studio June Washi Release Blog Hop

Hi there everyone!

Welcome to Pinkfresh Studio's June Release!

I will be sharing three cards with you today.

 

My first card features the Foral Cluster Stamp Set.

I heat embossed the image in gold and used brush markers to watercolour it.

My second card features the Floral Elements Stamp and the Watercolour Fantasy Washi.

I adhered the washi tape diagonally on my card front and watercoloured the image loosely matching the colours of the washi.

My last card features the Rainbow Washi.

This one was super quick and it's so sparkly with all the chunky gold glitter!

Pinkfresh Studio: May Challenge

Hi all!

A little late in posting this but the Pinkfresh Studio May Challenge is live and you will love this one!

Here is what I made

I die cut the Beautiful Blooms Die twice and stacked it on top of each other to form a sturdy die cut piece and set it aside. Next, on my card front, I used multiple distress inks to ink the background diagonally in rainbow colours.

After I was done, I added tons of water splatters and also splatters of white paint. Once this was dry, I adhered the die cut piece with glue. To finish, I added a fussy cut sentiment from You've Got This Stamp Set.

Pinkfresh Studio April Release Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to Pinkfresh Studio April Release,

This is such an awesome release, I know that you will love it!

You must be here from the talented Emily Midgett's blog. You can find the blog hop list at the end of this post in case you are lost and would like to start from the beginning.

My first card features the Hanging Florals Stamp and Die Set.

I started by stamping the image in an alcohol marker proof ink. Next, I coloured the image with Artist Markers, die cut it with the coordinating die and set it aside. 

For the background, I started by applying light watercolour using the dry brush method. I did this to create a bit of texture to the background. Once it was dry, I added black paint splatters, stamped the sentiment and adhered the die cut with foam tape.

It was so hard to photograph this card. I used the bow die from Partial Cut Bouquet and a Bow Die Set to cut out three bows out of gold glitter cardstock. I glued the pieces together to form a bow and adhered them onto an off white panel. To make this card a bit classy and interesting, I added a slightly larger mat of the same colour cardstock to the bow panel. Doing this made a whole lot of difference!

Before adhering the panel onto the card front, I stamped the sentiment "congrats" from the Abstract Builder Stamp Set.

Pinkfresh Studio April Essentials Release Blog Hop

Hello!!

Welcome to  Pinkfresh Studio April Essentials Release Blog Hop.

Today I will be sharing two similar cards featuring some new and older Pinkfresh Studio products.

On both the cards I used the Diagonal Stitched Dies and the Classic Words Dies.

I die cut the Diagonal Stitched Dies three times and inked them with distress inks.

I die cut the word "happy birthday twice and stacked it up. Then I adhered it to the second fuller, outline die (which I LOVE) for interest and pop against the colourful background.

I also stamped a balloon in black on white cardstock and tucked the string under the die cut sentiment.

To finish, I applied some nuvo dots in white.

I followed the same steps for this card too, just changed the colours and the layout.

I always struggle in finalizing which colour combination should I go for. I know pinks and oranges look great in photos but I love these blues and greens more. So I just created two similar looking cards with colours that would look great on camera and also the ones that would make my heart happy!

Pinkfresh Studio April Challenge

Hi there everyone!

Pinkfresh Studio's April challenge is live and here is your colour palette/theme:

This is what I made.

For the first time, I went with the theme instead of the colour combination. I used the scrapbooking supplies from the Let Your Heart Decide Collection.

I used ephemera, stickers and stitched frames along with enamel dots to make my card.

I absolutely had a blast putting this together, I had the whole collection out on my bed and came up with quite a few cards in no time. 

It is so helpful to have everything ready for you and Pinkfresh Scrapbook Collections have everything you need!!

Pinkfresh Studio March Challenge

Hi, there friends!

Pinkfresh Studio's March Challenge is here!

And here is my super simple card!

I cut several strips out of white cardstock and inked them with distress inks that matched the colour palette of the challenge.

Next, I due cut the word "hugs" out of Adore Alpha Die Set. I stacked these a couple of times then adhered them onto the striped panel with foam tape.

To finish, I stamped 'Thinking of You' from Lost in the City Stamp Set on a strip and adhered it below the word 'hugs'.

Pinkfresh Studio February Challenge

Hi there everyone! I have a new card to share today featuring the Embroidered Blossoms Stamp Set for their February challenge.

So I stamped all the images on my one layer card in two different shades of the same colour family to get an ombre look.

I kept adding images till I was happy with the look.

To give my images a different look, I doodled "outlines" to my images. This gave the floral bouquet a more whimsical look. I also added gold crystals on some of the tiny flowers.

In the end, I stamped the sentiment from Scripted Bold Sentiments 1. And added a grey shadow to all the images for faux dimension. I also added a few black paint splatters.

Pinkfresh Studio January Release Blog Hop

Hi everyone!!

Welcome to Pinkfresh Studio's January Release!

I am sharing three cards today featuring the Gatsby Die Set.

I used the die differently on all three cards and you can see that it looks gorgeous and SO dramatic no matter how I use it.

For my first card I used black cardstock for the intricate die and gold foil cardstock for the base die. I die cut these twice and adhere it to a panel.

I die cut the letter "M" from Adore Alpha Die Set in both gold and black. I used the outline of the gold and the solid "M" of black and adhered it to my card front.

For the sentiment, I used Scripted Bold Sentiments 2.

Sentiment on this card is from Oval Foliage Wreath.

For this card I used gold foil to cut the intricate die and the base die was cut out of black cardstock.

The sentiment on this card is from Scripted Bold Sentiments 1.
