Build-A-Flower: Poppy Release Blog Hop

Isn't the shape of this flower gorgeous? I have coloured the images with Artist Markers. I am going to keep this post super short. I am not well and looking at the screen makes my eyes hurt.

Altenew November 2018 Stencil/Ink Spray Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

My card today features the Feathered Leaves Stencil.
I started by tracing the stencil image onto Crest Solar White Cardstock with a permanent black pen through the Feathered Leaves Stencil. Next, I coloured in the spaces with Artist Markers.
To achieve the perfect Christmasy red, I used Grapevine, Velvet, Ruby Red, and Crimson Artist Markers.
For the Christmas element, I thought I'd use the Layered Snowflake Dies. I die cut all the layers out of a mix of vellum and white cardstock. I adhered them with foam tape on top of each other. To finish, I adhered a few clear, sparkling crystals onto the topmost snowflake layer.
The sentiment is from the Festive Poinsettia Stamp Set. I accented the sentiment strip with Silver Glitter Tape.

Collaboration Hop ｜Marvy Uchida with Studio Katia
Hello friends!
Welcome to Studio Katia and Marvi Uchida Collaboration Blog Hop.
For my card, I have used Lovely Blooms Stamp Set and Marvy Uchida Le Plume II markers.
They are super vibrant markers, of course, I went for the Brights! They are on sale at the moment so hurry up and grab one for yourself!
This was such each watercolouring, and I love the result. I used very little colour and still, it turned out so vibrant and colourful!
I heat embossed the image in white and then added outlines with the markers. With the help of a water brush, I spread it around the whole petal!
