BearyBox Sketch# 14

FPD0025-M

BearyBox Card Sketch# 14 is one of my favourite sketches. I don't know why but I loved working with this particular sketch. BearyBox would like to give this week's winner our Biggest Board Every Element Chip Board from Fancy Pants design!  You can visit the BearyBox’s blog and check out the awesome designs by my fellow designers.

Sketch#14

So here is this week’s card sketch.

And Here is my card! I used two stamps from my Bag-O-Stamps, that Stef sent me. The flower is hand drawn and I outlined it with a white marker and applied white glitter on it. the mini polka dots are also made with a marker.

I especially took a pic in direct sunlight to show you guys how sparkly the card is! Still the pic didn't come out as good as I thought it would.DSC01459

A Valentine Surprise!

DSC01432

My friend Sofia asked me to make a card for her from her husband, and keep it a surprise from her ( not to show her or upload anywhere). I asked her is there anything that you want? And she said “Something smaller, something I could keep on the side table”. :o) She is the most adorable person ever and too sweet!

This is what I made for her based on Kristina  Werner's Colour Inspiration. This is the bag that holds the card. It is VERY tiny. She loved the card that I made for her sister in law. You check it out HERE. Actually she loved the paper. She though it was cute. So i thought I should use the same elements but make something completely different. Made the same heart where I spent a lot of my time glittering the balls individually!

DSC01433

This bag must be about 4x3.5 or smaller than that, too bad I didn't measure.

Okay so this is what the bag holds. This is not a tied a ribbon. It has a stick on thingy. You just have to pull it towards yourself to open up the card.

The alphabets are hand drawn and so is the heart. I got the tiny cushiony hearts waaaaaay back and finally pulled them out of my box. Have outlined the whole thing to give it a clean edge. Hope you guys like it. She loved it by the way! :o)

BearyBox Sketch# 13

goodies3 Hey peepz! Today I have for you sketch# 13 and BearyBox would like to give this week's winner a Card Kit from My Mind's Eye!

Sketch#13

Here is this week’s sketch. It is a very simple sketch giving room to you to do YOUR thing! So I decided to my thing - DRAWING/DOODLING.

DSC01422

So here is my card based on the sketch. I did not add the sentiment because I really didn't want to hide the doodling. It was easier to draw than to paint the darn thing! I wanted to paint it roughly to get a vintage look. At first the background was just white. That was also looking nice, I will do that some other time. Do click on the image for a closer look.

Money as Gift?!

Well it’s a tradition here and usually a safe option to give money as gift. This is an envelope that I made for a friend who wants to give money as gift on someone’s wedding. Our weddings are grand…GRAND. This is just perfect with all the gold and the medallion (which looks like a henna design too).

DSC01352

This is 3x6. The medallion is hand drawn and then I have used embossing paste and gold glitter and sequins to enhance the design and give it a more traditional look.

The gold thingy around the circumference is a gold bail/ribbon.

BearyBox Sketch# 12

That completes a DOZEN challenges! BearyBox does a dozen! Wow! BearyBox (shop) would like to give this week's winner a goodies bag consist of 7gypsies, American Crafts and Creative Imagination products!

Here is the sketch!
Upload your design(s) on your blog or gallery and post a link of your design on the comment area of the BearyBox blog before 12pm Sunday afternoon, Pacific Standard Time. There is no limit on how many designs you can submit!

And here is my card with a bag!

I never take pictures of the envelop or the bag the card goes in. This time, someone asked me to do that so that people here (Karachiites) know how the whole package looks like. And again I forgot to take the picture of the inside!

Making the heart was a tough job.
All the balls were glittered individually! PHEW! You can imagine the time it must have taken to look like this!
Please click on the picture for a BIGGER and BETTER view!

I designed the paper on Photoshop. I am thinking of creating a freebie section or something and upload my hand drawn and Photoshop stuff there for you guys to download. But then I am reminded of the fact that you guys have access to the most wonderful stuff, why would you need my hand drawn things! Lol
I hope you liked my card. I personally think that this time my card looks very very neat! LOL

LOVE!

Hey friends!

The card that I have to show you today was made a couple of days back. I just did not get the time to post it.

I have seen so many cards based on this sketch and I have always wanted to do this "Love" thingie with the heart instead of an "O".
Please click on the image for BIGGER and BETTER view.
All the alphabets are hand drawn and then I used a very sharp pointy scissor to cut em up.
I hope you like it!
