Cutie Patootie

So the definition of “cutie patootie” in Urban Dictionary is;

“Someone or something so cute that the word cute itself has to morph into something cuter, thus cutie patootie was born” LOL

Here is the card that I have to show you today.

DSC02553

The stamps that I have used here are kids stamps (really pathetic quality). I had to stamp a dozen times to get the right image and even then you can see that the middle part of the teddy is incomplete.

The embossed white section of the card was bigger than the embossing folder and I had to run it through the bug twice. This was the first time I did that using cuttlebug.

I didn't have a pink cardstock so I coloured the borders with pencils and water colour pencils. The scalloped thingy around the rectangle has been coloured with markers and I used decorative scissors to make this. I even used a bit of marker on the ribbon to match it with the pink on the card.

I want your help in something. I am posting another pic here (same card, different place). Please let me know which one is better, the first pic or the second. It will be really helpful. Thanks in advance.

The first photo is better, the second makes it look dark! did you run it with photoshop? and if you do use photoshop, download the pioneer woman's action set! makes things soooo easy..tell me if you want the link!

Love the colors on the card though! beautiful..soft and so girly!

Second photo looks better on my screen ... the card image is lighter and more defined ... on the first one it just sort of blends into the background ... either way, fabulous card.
