I [heart] U..

230420121063

Hello everyone! It’s been a while since I have posted two days in a row! I really wanted to play along a couple of my favourite challenges; PDCC and CASE Study.

0color story[3]          6a00d83548bc0253ef0168e8e92089970c-800wi[1]

Here is my very CAS card:

230420121060

Wow, it was really tough to photograph this one!

The letters are Silhouette cut and the heart is hand drawn. I embossed the heart and then coloured over it with a very bright orange marker.

The “awning” sorta thingy was the hardest to figure out and stick! I think I did it wrong, I first made a base and then added two scalloped embossed panels on top of it. I am sure there are easier ways to do this, will google on how this is ACTUALLY done or if you have any suggestions please do share.

It is a simple card, hope you like it. Thanks for stopping by! And yes, you still have time to enter the Lia Stampz “Pastel” Challenge and the Pie Lane’s Stencil challenge!

hugs!

Erum

E.T., this is absolutely darling, and I can feel your pain about photographing a white card! LOL Been there, done that too many times. ;)

Thanks so much for playing with us at The Play Date CAfe!

ET...OH MY GOSH, I wish we were neighbors! I am so in love with this card! The coloring..the embossing, your awning! **GASP** I love it all! As for your awning..I am sure that what ever you did was worth the extra steps. Personally I would have cheated and just put foam tape or dimensional foam behind the awning layers. I think that you made a base first, really made the card that mus more exquisite! FABULOUS job!
