Hello and welcome to the Craft-a-Flower: Dendrobium Layering Die Set Release.
You must be here from the Altenw Card Blog.
Please click HERE to find out more about the Craft-a-Flower Monthly subscription plan.
I kept my card simple. The die set is enough really! I die-cut the pieces out of 9x12 Watercolor Cardstock. Then I used various Watercolor Brush Markers to color them.
For the card front, the background that is, I used the Sea Shore pigment from the Artists' Watercolor 24 Pan Set. Adhered everything onto the panel with liquid glue.
$200 in total prizes! To celebrate this release, Altenew is giving away a $50 gift certificate to 2 lucky winners and a $20 gift certificate to 5 winners! Please leave a comment on the Altenew Card Blog and/or each designer’s blog post on the blog hop list below by 09/13/2021 for a chance to win. Altenew will draw 7 random winners from the comments left on each stop of this blog hop and announce the winners on the Altenew Winners Page on 09/15/2021.
The next stop on the hop is the lovely Seeka!
Thank you for stopping by! I hope you enjoy the hop! :)

The lovely collection of craft-a-flower dies are some of my favorite Altenew products and this orchid is definitely going onto my "need it" list! I love contrast of the watercolor wash behind the orchid flowers.
It had to have some water colouring if it was your card! Love it.
I wasn’t sure I’d like this stamp, but your card is beautiful!

This is my new favorite Craft A Flower set. Gorgeous choice of colors. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for sharing your lovely card. The loose watercolor background keeps the defined die cut pieces from being too rigid. Did you cut your pieces before you used the dies? or maybe you colored some cardstock with the watercolor markers first and then cut the pieces. It would make an interesting video (hint hint). I very much enjoy your videos for some particular reasons. You keep it SHORT and yet give all the information. This is very important to me; I feel I use too much time at my computer and sometimes choose to NOT watch a video because I can't justify 30 minutes or maybe even an hour! I completely avoid the "live" interactive videos in which the presenter spends four or five minutes waiting for "everyone" to join and then read his/her screen from time to time to see comments. You explain your technique; you simplify terms; you SHOW what you mean. It's a lovely card, Erum. Sorry for my ranting.
Forgot to mention that I really appreciate your encouragement to use what I have to achieve a similar effect. Thanks again!
What a beauty!!
