Altenew Craft-A-Flower: Orion Geranium Release Blog Hop

Altenew Craft-a-Flower: Orion Geranium | Erum Tasneem | @pr0digy0

Hello and welcome to the Craft-a-Flower: Orion Geranium Blog Hop.

You must be here from Penny Pynnonen's blog.

Altenew Craft-a-Flower: Orion Geranium | Erum Tasneem | @pr0digy0

I used the New Purple Gradient Cardstock to die cut the layers of the flowers and the Sea Shore Gradient Cardstock for the leaves.
To give the leaves and flowers a bit of dimension, I used some matching dye inks to ink the edges using the Small Blending Tool

For the background, I used the Fine Tulle Stencils and through it applied a bit of Deep Iris and Lagoon Crisp Dye Inks.

$200 in total prizes! To celebrate this release, Altenew is giving away a $50 gift certificate to 2 lucky winners and a $20 gift certificate to 5 winners! Please leave a comment on the Altenew Card Blog and/or each designer’s blog post on the blog hop list below by 01/13/2022 for a chance to win. Altenew will draw 7 random winners from the comments left on each stop of this blog hop and announce the winners on the Altenew Winners Page on 01/15/2022.

The next stop on the hop is Natasha Davies.

Thank you for stopping by!

So pretty!! I like the cutting and assembling of the geranium in these colors. The gradient cardstocks were not on my list, but now I see how convenient it can be to have several shades all ready to go with just a bit of additional shading. Thanks for sharing.

Wonderful card. The layers, when in contrasting colors, are so dimensional. And I like the shades of color you used.
