This is going to be a really quick post. I have been trying to post this card since two days but we are having real bad ass rains here :/ and hence no electricity. The power was restored at 3:30am last night but there is still chance of thunderstorm today. This is the reason I have not replied to emails and have not visited your blogs. I’ll do this as soon as the weather and power problems get settled.
Here is my card based on SSD 92. The photo just wouldn't come out right! I think that the card’s too white to shoot in daylight without a dark or contrasting background.
The crushed ribbon flower is handmade.
The flower stamp is by Martha Stewart and stamped in Dark Peony (colorBox liquid chalk stamp pad).
Embossing = Sizzix texture plate – Distressed
Pearls and ribbon from stash.
Can’t promise but I might be back with another card and a little post about colour blocking.
