Another card based on Skipping Stones sketch

DSC03472

Hello again peepz! Hope you all are doing well. This is a hat-trick post for me, posting for three consecutive days! *touch wood* I know I wont be doing much pretty soon as our Holy month of Ramzan will start soon and it will be close to impossible for me to create while fasting.

Today’s card is also based on the sketch at Skipping Stones. It is such an easy sketch and I am sure I will be using it again and again.

DSC03473

I have used one of the sentiments from Skipping Stones Pumpkin Seed set. It is stamped directly on to a “REAL” piece of wood scraping! I have been hoarding these since a year now. I picked up a few of these wood scrapings when we were changing our window frames.

The glitter balls are from Pie Lane and the copper sequins is from my stash. See you soon with my Gingerloft card!

I love this simple sketch. Can't believe you too collect crap like me. I have some wood shavings since 5 yrs I think. LOL. Not used them yet. I like the way you used it here. Goes perfectly well with the background.

Gorgeous...loved the sketch ..it is really awesome and I love the fact that you have the ability to pick the most mundane things around you and turn them into pieces of art
